I notice my tendency to evaluate. 'This is wrong/ fix it'. 'This is the way it should be/hold on to it'. Dropping the evaluation all together, admittedly for even one precious nano-second feels like freedom.

Even just noticing when you start to evaluate with “This is wrong” goes a long way. This can be a background conversation we don’t even see. The fact that you saw that nano-second of freedom from evaluation lets you see the difference between the two. Many assume their evaluations are the truth! Please keep looking and reporting. Thank you for this articulate comment!

Thank you Heidi - Everything is beautiful and perfect just the way it is even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes.

I loved your pictures on this post 💜

I appreciate your reading and commenting on my posts, Monica. I love hearing from you. The top picture is my husband and grandkids running on a beach in Maui several years ago. I was lucky to be there to snap it at just the right moment. The horses were some I used to see almost daily on my walks near my old house. We had a good connection based on my feeding them carrots, but it was nice to be awaited every day!

Right on!

It goes along with the understanding of a Loving Universe. What is "Holy Love"? It's certainly not personal. It may not even feel good!

True Love is the pointer that everything is happening *for* you (*as* You!). All unfolding in perfect balance and harmony and synchrony, not separate, as One unfolding, revealing Whole. How could it ever be anything but perfection?

Thank you, Heidi!

Yes, this sort of inquiry is probably the most literal understanding of "outside the box" that I can think of...😅

Wow- that is so true. It definitely feels counter to our convention way of looking at life. Thanks, Mia!
